Partner Program Terms and Conditions

    1. IFA”: IoT For All Holdings, LLC
    2. “Partner”: an organization that has entered into IFA’s Partner Program.
    3. “Subscription”: the benefits and media products provided in the paid Partner Program.
    4. “Subscription Start Date”: the date last signed on individual Partner Program agreements.
    5. “Partner Program Subscription Details”: a separate document in which the specifics of a given Partner’s Subscription are detailed.
    1. Partner will be responsible for the delivery of all information and materials pertaining to the Subscription referenced in the Partner Program Subscription Details.
    2. All information and materials provided by Partner must be approved by IFA prior to being published, distributed, pushed live, etc.. IFA covenants to use reasonable judgment in approving advertisements, sponsorship, and promotional content. IFA reserves the right to reject any material that does not abide by the content guidelines listed on IFA’s website, or the goals of IFA — which are subject to change at the discretion of IFA.
    1. Unless otherwise stated in the Partner Program Subscription Details, the Partner Tier selected at checkout will automatically renew upon the anniversary of the Subscription Start Date. 
    2. Partner may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel their Subscription by emailing [email protected]
    3. There will be no prorated refunds upon canceling the Subscription. If the Subscription is cancelled prior to the renewal date, Partner will not be billed at their renewal date.
    1. These Terms and Conditions in conjunction with the Partner Program Subscription Details serve in their entirety as the complete agreement between Partner and IFA and shall supersede any and all prior written and verbal agreements as so.
    2. Any and all modifications to the Partner Program Subscription Details shall be documented in writing and signed by both parties.
    3. Partner represents that it has full power and ability to enter into these Terms and Conditions and fulfill all duties within.
    4. Partner is the rightful owner of all materials including copyrighted material provided to IFA relating to the Subscription.
    5. All materials contained within the Subscription, including the advertisement/deliverables, will not infringe or break any application laws or regulations.
    6. Partner will hold IFA harmless of any loss, damage or injury, without limitation.
    7. Likewise, IFA agrees to indemnify and hold Partner harmless without limitation.
    1. IFA may at any time terminate the Subscription without notice upon any failure to pay by Partner.
    2. Furthermore, breach of any section of the Partner Program Subscription Details or these Terms and Conditions will be grounds for immediate termination.
    3. Upon termination, the Subscription will immediately cease and any unused benefits and/or media products included in the Subscription will be voided.
    1. Any and all legal proceedings that may take place as a result of the Partner Program Subscription Details, Subscription, or these Terms and Conditions will be under the jurisdiction of Howard Count, Maryland, USA.
    2. Prior to taking legal action, the Parties agree to seek mediation in an attempt to solve any disagreements.
    1. The parties acknowledge receipt of the Partner Program Subscription Details and these Terms and Conditions.
    1. IFA may revise these Terms and Conditions from time-to-time. Revised Terms and Conditions will apply to the Partner Program Subscription Details from the date of the publication of the revised Terms and Conditions on this website. Please check this page regularly to ensure you are familiar with the current version.
    1. Dedicated Partner (Company) Page on IFA Website: A dedicated page on that showcases a Partner’s posted content, product descriptions, and contact information.
    2. Showcase Partner logo on Companies page of IFA website: The logo and company name of Partner displayed on the Companies page on with a link to their dedicated Partner page.
    3. Priority on Content Scheduling & Placement, Event Discounts & Passes, etc.: Partners will have priority for content scheduling and receipt of discounts, passes, and product placement.
    4. Unlimited Cross-Posted Content (Non-Original Content): Partners are able to post content that has previously been posted on other blogs or media outlets. (Content must follow IFA’s content posting guidelines and be approved by IFA’s editorial team).
    5. Promoted Press Release: Fully optimized press release complete with logo/image and title. Includes enhanced distribution across IoT For All channels.
    6. IFA Partner Badges: Custom badges displayed with Partner logo on Companies page and dedicated page showcasing the partnership with IoT For All and its community. Can be used for marketing purposes in emails, press releases, and other assets.
    7. Job Postings in IFA Newsletter: Featured job listing in the IoT For All weekly newsletter. Each listing will run for 4 consecutive weeks, unless otherwise requested.
    8. Exclusive Discounts to Conferences: IFA will provide discounted conference passes when they become available through IFA’s established event relationships.
    9. Discount for All IFA Media Products: Partners receive a percentage discount on all IFA media products and services during the period of their Subscription (excluding content creation services).
    10. Free Conference Passes: Premium Tier Partners will have the opportunity to claim free conference passes provided by IFA when they become available through established event relationships. This will be on a first-come, first-serve basis.
    11. IFA Podcast Sponsorship: A pre-recorded ad, up to 30 seconds, by our host and placed before episodes begin. Script to be provided by Partner and approved by IFA.
    12. Newsletter Sponsorship: Partner’s company and/or content will be showcased in IFA’s weekly newsletter to 100k+ IoT leaders and enthusiasts.
    13. Dedicated Email: A specialized email to IFA’s newsletter list that focuses exclusively on showcasing Partner content, events, and/or product announcements.
    14. Branded Sidebar on All Partner Content: Customized sidebar placed on all of Partner’s content on to drive viewers to additional Partner content, highlight a company’s social media, show a branded message, or show a logo.
