Deland Chan
Deland Chan teaches in the Program on Urban Studies at Stanford University and is a Co-Founder of the Human Cities Initiative. As a Clarendon Scholar, Deland is pursuing a PhD in Sustainable Urban Development at the University of Oxford and researches the societal impact of emerging technologies in cities.
