The Z-Wave Alliance, formed in 2005, is a global consortium of over 700 leading companies in the IoT, smart home, and home security space dedicated to solidifying wireless networking protocol Z-Wave as the standard for the smart home, with principal members including well-known brands such as ADT, Alarm.com, Huawei, SmartThings, SiLabs, LG, and more. The Z-Wave standard is found in over 2400 certified devices with over 100M Z-Wave devices shipped globally since its inception.

Alliance members lead the home controls market, providing leading-edge products and systems that deliver increased comfort, convenience, energy conservation, safety, and security.
