Dealer Hub is purpose-built to support brands selling IoT products via a two-tiered distribution model, such as a dealer or installer network. Through the Dealer Hub, brands can:
Once onboarded, a dealer can view and manage the devices they install and service, with hierarchical access by location/franchise.
"Existing dealer management tools cannot natively expose device data because they don't own the IoT cloud," said Ajit Pradhan, Director of Product for Ayla Networks. "Dealer Hub informs brands how individual dealer support teams are performing. Dealers themselves get a robust monitoring and management tool that empowers them to offer more efficient and effective service for any device connected to the Ayla cloud."
Brands launching smart devices that will be professionally installed or serviced can use Dealer Hub to manage their dealer and device networks. Two-tier B2B2C use cases include:
Dealer Hub also enables brands to target vertical markets where businesses manage sub-locations or franchisees. Two-tier vertical market use cases include:
With Dealer Hub, brands can offer portfolio managers a global view of their entire fleet of devices, while giving facility managers, dealers, and installers visibility and control over all the devices at their site.
Dealer Hub includes four roles, with varying levels of access.
With Dealer Hub, dealers learn about device issues before there is a customer complaint. Authorized users can monitor device health, view system alerts, read error codes, and in some roles, adjust device settings. Service team members can receive alerts via text, push notification, or email; perform remote diagnostics and troubleshooting; and conduct on-site repairs and fulfillment more efficiently.
Dealer Hub is built for cloud-to-cloud integration. APIs are exposed, allowing dealers and site managers to build integrations with existing systems, including CRM, Building Management Systems (BMS), Property Management Systems (PMS), and guest management. Ayla offers custom integration services enabling brands to pull device data into their existing platforms for single-screen management of dealers, locations, and the IoT fleet.
