Specialized in automated user testing, the French startup Odaptos announces its second participation at CES in Las Vegas ! Honored with the prestigious Innovation Award 2023 in Software & Mobile Apps category, Odaptos will unveil the final version of its solution. Thanks to artificial intelligence that is based on the detection of human emotions, this French innovation for UX Designers allows for an in-depth understanding of the needs and behaviors of users of digital products.
A prestigious award for automated UX testing
In order to improve user’s experience of a website or a mobile application, the UX Designers (designer of user’s experience) conduct countless interviews. During this process, a team of experts observes and exchanges with a user to collect his emotions and actions. To improve the productivity and analysis of these time-consuming and costly tests (called UX tests), Odaptos has developed an artificial intelligence solution capable of analyzing and recording in real time all the emotions and feeelings of the interviewees as they relate their experience on a website.
Aiming at large corporations, design agencies and startups, this unique in Europe innovation, has managed to convince the CES jury, which awarded it the Honorée Innovation Award in the Software & Mobile Apps category, stating : « This product has innovative design and engineering features. It scored highly in all evaluation criteria. Odaptos joins an elite group of other products that have received this honor ! ».

Odaptos’ future American goals
Odaptos aims to become the first SaaS plateform capable of automating and optimizing user testing through artificial intelligence, by focusing on the emotions and feelings of web users. Having already attracted several customers in France and the United States (the Lyon-based startup Mojo, the digital agency Spiriit, the UX Design strategy agency Kirk Agency, as well as the company Scrabble Path), Odaptos is now aiming to captivate news projects, particularly on the american marketplace.
Among Odaptos’ priority for 2023, is to approach digital service companies (DSCs) in the United States in order to find new partners and make the solution even better known in the USA.
